Supersymmetry aspects for the Dirac equation in external
electromagnetic fields are considered.
The existence of the conservation law of supercharge
has been demonstrated
explicitly. Arguments on applications of the proposed model
for understanding of the phenomenon of spin-dependent scattering
in heterostructures has been developed.
