A
predator-prey model with stage structure, harvesting effort and time
delays due to maturation time for both the prey and the predator is
investigated. It is assumed that immature individuals and mature
individuals of each species are divided respectively by a fixed age,
and that mature predators only attack the immature prey. Sufficient
conditions are derived respectively for the global stability of each
of nonnegative equilibria of the model.
Key words:
stage structure,
predator-prey model, permanence, global stability
